Refund Policy

Effective October 18, 2026

This policy applies to purchases of EvaSoft products, today the Chrome extension Job Application Tracker. It is part of our Terms of Service. EvaSoft — sole proprietor, Andorra; contact hello@evasoft.pro.

1. 14-day refund

• 3-Month Pass: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• 50 AI actions: full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack’s actions have been used.

2. How to request a refund

E-mail hello@evasoft.pro with your order e-mail or order number. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, the Merchant of Record, which issues the refund to your original payment method. The refunded license is deactivated. You may also contact Paddle directly.

3. Your legal rights

This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK.
